Established in 1954, the Confederación Panamericana de Billar (CPB), also known as the Pan-American Billiard Confederation, boasts a membership of 21 countries hailing from the diverse continent of South America. Representing citizens from Colombia, Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guiana, Brazil, Uruguay, Argentina, the Falkland Islands, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, and Paraguay, CPB serves as the authoritative governing body for carom billiards in the Americas. Affiliated with the world federation Union Mondiale de Billard (UMB), CPB is headquartered in Guatemala and is entrusted with the pivotal role of promoting and developing cue sports across various disciplines, including Carom, 8 Ball, 9 ball, 10 ball, and Snooker throughout the region.
